My classes consist of the basic and intermediate Pilates exercises. I will demonstrate and guide through the proper execution of the exercises. I will regress the exercises when they feel difficult and progress them when they feel easy to you. The most important is that together we accomplish their objectives and throughout work every inch of our muscles.

Practice and you'll see improvements in your strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing.
Don't worry if the exercise feels challenging at first - Pilates is all about progress.
