Hi, I am Ale.
Talk about love at first stretch! I discovered Pilates during my first pregnancy. Its combination of graceful flow, challenge, and precision of the exercises has enthused me since day one. When my twin boys were born, no Pilates classes were available in our new city, so I turned to CDs and practiced on my own. My friends were amazed at how quickly I bounced back to my pre-pregnancy body shape! One of them convinced me to teach Pilates at the Country Club.
I then switched to kickboxing, CrossFit, and HIT workouts, but I injured myself and had to take a break. During my recovery period, I returned to the practice that had always supported me—Pilates. I didn’t just rebuild strength and flexibility—I rebuilt trust in my body.
In my 50s, I believe in a movement practice that’s rooted in mindful movement, empathy, and deeper connection to self. I created ETERNA to help others experience what I’ve lived: that true strength is sustainable, mindful, and deeply personal.
As your Pilates instructor, I’ll guide you to rediscover your body, move with confidence, build strength, and reconnect with yourself—not to “bounce back,” but to move forward with grace and intention.
