You don’t need special equipment or tons of space. Just your breath, your body, and a quiet moment. Here's what we’ll move through together:

  • Shoulder rolls – to release tension around your neck and mobilize your shoulders + thoracic spine
  • Halfway roll Back – gentle core work with breath connection
  • Spine stretch – to lengthen and decompress your back
  • Side stretch – opens the ribs and waist to restore fluidity + better breathing capacity
  • Rolling like a ball – playful core activation and spine maasage
  • Chest ppening + gaze shifts – improves posture and stimulates your brain 🧠
